Anyone With Experience Injecting 5-Amino-1MQ?

Going one step further—has anyone here combined it with NAD+? From what I know (and I'm a total beginner at this lol), the two might work together synergistically

peppedia says the synergy is strong

I combine them — nad along with 5 amino

When you stack them, is the effect different from using just one on its own — or did you begin with both at the same time?

Honestly, no. I'm simply finishing off the 5 amino kit I have, and I doubt I'll buy more. The science fascinates me, but I haven't noticed any positive effects.

Right now I'm on 5mg, and I won't be buying it again.
Are you seeing zero effects, or is it simply too minor to justify the cost?

So far, nothing has stood out to me. Back when I first tried Mots-c, the effects were unmistakable. Right now I'm running a cellular reset protocol, and I honestly can't say I've felt much of anything. Of everything in the stack, the 5 amino is the one that stings the most.

Weeks 1- 8 = ss-31 2.5mg M-F

Weeks 1-12 = NAD+ 100mg MWF

Weeks 2-12 = 5 amino 5mg M-F

Weeks 4-12 = Mots-C 3.33mg MWF

I went through roughly 3 vials, each containing 50mg mixed into 3ml of BAC water. Energy-wise, I noticed a small lift, but the fat loss effects never showed up for me. My routine was an injection first thing in the morning, then another near 1pm, landing at 4-5mg on most days.

I'll finish what I have left, though I doubt I'll reorder. It just doesn't seem to do much for me, aside from possible benefits I can't perceive. There is some research suggesting that blocking NNMT may let the immune response against cancer cells intensify, helping the body locate and eliminate them more effectively, and because 5amino1mq acts as an NNMT inhibitor, perhaps it handed me a nice immune boost against cancer.

5amino at 0.08ml per day. Sourced from a US supplier. Liquid version in a 20ml bottle. $85 with shipping, cheaper than the alternatives.

I've been wondering whether body weight influences how effective this is. Since people who weigh more tend to have higher NNMT levels, could it be that the individuals reporting no results are already at or near their target weight?

I've come across the same information. On top of that, injectable dosing seems to have no consistency at all. I've seen figures ranging from 1-5mg, and I've also seen as much as 250mg. My first dose today was .5mg, and I noticed an energy boost. NAD is part of my routine too. Weight loss is something I need as well.

5mg every day. Fasted, first thing in the morning.

Run it for 6-8 weeks. After each cycle, break for a month. Great pep.
It looks like you're comfortable beginning with larger amounts. My approach is to begin small, then increase the dose rapidly once I've seen how my body responds.

wow, that completely dwarfs my 0.5 mg haha. Seems like I should ramp up my dose fast and find out how my body responds. What length of cycle are you planning? I've got 2 kits of 5-amino 5mg, so now I'm crossing my fingers that even if a full vial per day is needed, it'll still be worthwhile for me. @eidos
Personally, I'm a bit of a chicken. My starting dose was .5 mg.

Same here. LoL I figured .5 and then 1mg would do the trick.
My routine is 1mg daily, since dosage recommendations seem to vary wildly from person to person. I could definitely tell it was doing something. Once my 50mg vials arrive, I'll likely increase to 5mg.
Down the road I'll likely raise the dose to 5mg

It works really well. The tiredness from diabetes and Reta treatment is gone entirely. My daily dose is 5 mg injected under the skin. I went up to 10 mg, but it gave no extra benefit, and the decline afterward came on too fast.

During exercise I breathe more easily, lactic acid builds up less, and my heart rate sits roughly 10 bpm lower.

For mixing, I use sterile water for injection. Since it's a quaternary ammonium compound, it acts as an antimicrobial. When you flush the needle, be careful not to splash: don't inject while dressed in clothes you care about.

I've come across reports of people doing 50 mg per day (subcutaneously, not by mouth). From the research I've read, the dose-response curve plateaus early, under the human equivalent of 50 mg. Also, it may be a mutagen, so I wouldn't chance high doses. (Its color brings ethidium bromide to mind: perhaps that's what keeps me at a lower dose).

What fascinates me is the idea that this could bring homocysteine down and wipe out the epigenetic memory of fat cells, which would stop weight from coming back. We'll revisit this in a year or two.
"reconstitute it with sterile water" Is sterile water the recommended option, or is that just your personal preference over BAC water? I've already placed an order, but I still have more to learn before I'm ready. Thanks

Antimicrobial action comes from quaternary ammonium compounds. Disinfectant wipes and some medical-grade antiseptics (frequently benzalkonium) contain them. Since BA works by stopping bacterial growth, it would not perform any better, so including it strikes me as pointless.

So if I've got this right, either option works? I've already got BAC here, so I'll go ahead with that assuming I'm following what you're saying.

BAC is fine to use, yes.
