I’ve been following all the KPV-related threads, and I’ve noticed an interesting pattern: people are really starting to pick up on this pep, with some injecting (and even applying it topically) at doses well beyond the usual mcg range.

I’ve also had fantastic results from higher doses of KPV, specifically for healing the gut issues caused by my six-month reta journey. I currently pin anywhere from 1~2mg per day, on top of what is already included in my Klow blend.

So I’m curious: if you’re injecting >= 1mg per day, what problem are you trying to solve, and has KPV been effective for you?

I mostly need some justification for buying several kits of KPV30 (or possibly KPV50).

Interesting. I’ve been taking 250mcg for a week and it has resolved many of the intestinal issues caused by Reta; I was hoping it would help with the dermatitis, but right now it’s just the same as before.

Good to hear I’m not the only one who’s been able to fix reta-induced gut issues with KPV. I started injecting higher doses because my Klow blend already delivers ~600mcg of KPV per injection, and it really didn’t do anything noticeable for me.

I’m two weeks into my KPV megadosing journey now, and I’m starting to experience some skin-related benefits as well. Perhaps try titrating up to 500mcg?

I started low and went up to 1mg because inflammation and gut seemed to respond so well. I did the same with a BB blend, but 1mg gave me the woozies 😳 so leveled off back at 750mcg..

I started some GHK-Cu blended with KPV that gives me a 2mg/.4mg dose...so still seeing improved inflammation and gut health so I will be at combined 1.4mg KPV for the next while...Big fan of KPV...👍

I usually don't respond to low dosages, but this time I did; I think I'll have to go higher for the sake of my skin, though—I wanted to try a low dose for a week or two.

This is exactly what I did as well. At first, I pinned 250mcg without expecting much at all, but I noticed relief almost instantly and started going higher. Now I’m cruising mostly at 1mg, plus another ~600mcg from Klow, with some days reaching upwards of 2mg.

I have read improvement with skin issues takes longer. That is why I am taking it also. 1.5-2 weeks in and nothing yet for me either. Tested the water with 250 for the first 5-7 days, now taking 400.

Some protocols call for four weeks followed by a two-week break, but I don't think the skin benefits from that approach, given that it requires more time.

Also just a heads up since you have skin issues also, GHK-Cu fired up my eczema and dermatitis bad. Made it much worse. Stopped taking it, and skin settled down within a day, which to me confirmed the relationship there.

Funny, I just started 1mg this morning.

It's part of KLOW80 so really 5/1/1/1.

Are you taking 5mg of GHK-Cu per shot? Is it for a particular healing protocol? Would love to know!

Curious whether you guys have tried applying KPV topically for your skin-related concerns.

I have not. Generally I put up with the mild eczema and when I get a flare up about once a year and its bad, my PCP calls in a short round of prednisone which knocks it out in less than a week. It hasn't reached the level yet where I want to deal with a dermatologist having to prescribe me something, I don't think you can get real topical KPV without a scrip. (Tell me different if you know different lol)

I was literally just wondering if you’d tried squirting some injectable KPV on the affected area! I didn’t even think of creams!

Couple things really. I took Skyrizi for a few years for plaque psoriasis and stopped at the end of last year when the new insurance company gave me the run around.

So, it's partially for that. My thinking is that it would help heal my skin or maybe prevent something bad from reappearing. So far, there are zero signs of psoriasis on my calves or triceps. Fingers crossed.

Second thing is, in on my way to lose a lot of weight so I'm hoping the blend will help my skin overall recover and mayyyybe not be as loose once I've reached my goals.

An old hockey injury to both my knees from when I was a teen is apparently occasionally causing arthritic pain per my doctor. I've had zero pain in either knee the past few months so I'd have to say it's working. That's with me squatting/deadlifting too.

Shoulder injury from my teens also started causing pain and besides the when I'm benchpressong, it feels much better.

Not sure if it's the KLOW or the CJC/IPA (just moved up to 400mcg/400mcg last night) but something is helping and I like it.

I only pin on weekdays.

I just started KPV last Sunday .5mg every morning. Thinking to double the dose adding another .5mg shot at the evening. Hoping it's gonna be a remedy for my rosacea. Cycling Glow only didn't resolve this problem, so this time added KPV to the Glow cycle.

I'm about a month into KPV, 2 weeks at 250mcg and 2 weeks (almost) at 500mcg, rosacea is almost completely resolved. Still get red in the sun and heat (I live in Vegas lol) but it's been remarkable.

Two weeks at 1mg daily split AM/PM has almost completely cured a relative of psoriasis.

KPV will stay in my protocol indefinitely lol

If you would be so kind as to share your source for 30mg or 50mg kits, I would owe you a great deal of gratitude!! Feel free to DM me 😁😁
