Anyone know what's going on with thymosin alpha 1?

I've been taking this for long covid, but now suppliers are saying they don't have it or their batches are bad. I can't seem to find a vendor that is currently selling it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, or if you know what's going on with this peptide. Thanks!

I got some semi recently just prior to CNY. I didn't run into stock issues , or at least no stock issues were communicated to me. I also haven't used it yet, so

I saw a reseller in the US that has 20 mg kits for $200 today and another one that has 10 mg kits for $135, but I don’t know if either would be willing to export them.
