My package came in today just like this. Guessing customs didn’t seal it well. Box was empty and it’s looking like my vendor isn’t going to help me. Says it’s a local shipping issue.

I’ve had a couple vials of test get broken in transit. Let my dealer know about it and they hooked me up on the next order.

I’ve had that happen as well but this is a first. Guessing it fell out in shipping due to the poor repack job customs did

If your mail carrier starts losing weight, you might have your culprit 😂.

I only order from US warehouses, so I haven't had this issue, but sorry this happened to you. That really sucks.

This is something for the first time seeing ,if the package has come across in your hand mostly the vendor would not replace , it’s difficult to prove what went wrong from vendors point of view , this is just a situation, not you but if someone opened a package removed the vials and send something sort of this to vendor and if they start refund or replacing it would be a havoc for them ,

What you could do ?

Order from a vendor who has a good shipping line specially to your country mate , good luck to you

I have seen customs seize the contents and send the empty package but there is usually some indication like customs sealing tape or attached calling card or letter with a contact #. It's been a few years, maybe things have changed, IDK

I doubt it was customs that's going to yank your items and they wouldn't send an empty box if seized, USPS is likely the culprit

They have, I have seen it first hand. Cant say that's the case here, but it HAS happened.

I don’t think customs took it. I’m thinking the poor packaging job led to it falling out on its way to me

If this happened to me, I would absolutely look to the vendor for reimbursement. If they are unable or unwilling to make the situation right then thats fine, but I would no longer order from them. Seems like somthing inexpensive for keeping a potential long-term customer.
