Has anyone experienced problems with their balance after shedding weight? I find I'm less sure of myself when climbing a step ladder, and overall my stability feels worse now that I've lost weight. Does anyone have suggestions for stretches or exercises that could help with this?

After a brief look into this, it seems that for most GLP-1 users this tends to be an indirect effect. A frequent culprit is blood pressure medication. Another leading factor is dehydration and/or a lack of electrolytes.

Though it isn't tied directly to GLP use, I discovered I had to keep an eye on my magnesium and potassium — I was very low on both.

Thanks — that's helpful perspective. I'll likely try boosting my water and electrolytes. Were low magnesium and potassium something a blood test revealed for you?

It began when my vitamin D came back at 19, and then B12 disappeared. After that, the rest of the B vitamins apparently came around to check on what had happened to 12, so basically all of them went missing — which leaves behind one hell of a mess to sort out.

Getting a medical checkup would be my recommendation. I don't know your age, whether you take many medications, or whether your blood pressure has fallen along with the weight loss. Balance can decline slightly with age, though that tends to happen very gradually. Still, plenty of things can cause balance to worsen, and some of them are treatable, so it's worth confirming that nothing serious is going on medically.
