Anyone else get excited when shot day comes around?

I'm in maintenance now, so not so exciting. While I was losing and the scale kept moving down, hell yes I was excited. After decades of fighting my weight I was finally able to do something about it that actually worked.

did u titrate down to a dosage that made food noise manageable? And, you plan to stay there indefinitely ?

I did when I was only taking one per week. Now I’m pinning daily and the novelty has definitely worn off.😅

I pin 3-4 times a week. I am slightly relieved and slightly disappointed when I dont.

It's a relief when its a weekend and family is around and I'd be hiding it.. and a disappointment when I have the day to myself and nothing to pin. haha

I have been stacking the whole way. I am currently down to 4mg Tirz for appetite suppression and 6mg Reta for fat burning. Weight has been stable within 3 lbs. I have made small adjustments up or down depending on the situation.

Do I plan to stay on it indefinitely? After 40 years of fighting my weight and trying every diet out there, yes, I plan to stay on it forever. I went from yo-yo dieting to this:

That's great, I also plan on staying on Reta. Are you female?

It's in these baskets that are on top of the kitchen cabinets in my garage/ADU. So I have to hoist myself up on the counter and dig through the baskets like a little raccoon. It may not seem like the biggest deal, but I have absolutely pushed doses a day out because I was too lazy to get on top of the counter 🤣

also you're from NC! I was born in charlotte and lived in SC for my formative years!

Gonna be the odd man out here - still have mild anxiety over needles despite one year of regular pinning.

I do, just curious about everyone else. After all the research it is now a 30 second process. Also, just paid for Shotsy but also tracking in a simple spreadsheet. To the longterm users of shotsy, what do you like the most about it ?

Opening the app and seeing estimated medication levels. I also like being able to add notes to shots or specific days. I always log effects of any medication I take, so it’s really nice having everything in one place.

I thought that would be me but my heart rate does not change. Hate getting blood drawn that hurts if not done perfectly but a 31g needle is so tiny can't feel it.

So, you have to look at an app to know how much you're taking? We never had apps years ago, we just knew. Do you need a app to tell you when to eat? I'm honestly curious.
