Any other frequent flyers here? How do you carry your stuff through?

On a recent trip I simply brought a small cooler bag from Amazon — nobody said a word.
 
Familiarize yourself with the search function on this site -- look for the magnifying glass symbol 🔍 or "Search" located at the top right of the page. Play around with it by testing out various keywords.

Enter travel or TSA and plenty of discussions appear.

Still, plenty of folks prefer launching their own discussions, I get it 😔 ...

so my sister passed through TSA in NJ this evening carrying 11 vials - zero problems
 
Within the US, TSA doesn't cause problems. Once you cross borders, though, it's a whole other situation — you'll need to look up each country's rules individually, since the consequences may go well beyond just having items seized.
 
Pens solve this every time. No one keeps a cart that says what the pens are for.

If it happens to be purple and someone actually bothers to look… sure, that could be tough to explain, but simply don’t bring that one along lol.
 
Last time I departed from Denver, TSA stopped me once my bag went through the X-ray. Inside I had 4 vials and a sealed bag containing 10 pins, every one of them labeled with my Niimbot. They unzipped my suitcase, wanted to know why I had needles, and then pulled out my Amazon pep case, which held the vials plus a frozen block. My answer was simply that they were GLPs. They responded OK, repacked it all, and I went on my way. That was a first for me.

Is that lyophilized powder or already mixed vials?

My own flights have only involved reconstituted stuff (Reta, Tirz, KLOW, Hcg, each with a label), though I figure dry powder could draw more questions.

Everything was already reconstituted. Off the top of my head: Adamax, KPV, Selank, plus one more I can't recall. My guess is the noodle bag is what initially caught their eye.

Yep, I also had 12 syringes with me. Rather than tucking it away, I kept it sitting right on top of my backpack, and nobody gave it a second glance.

I picked one up on Amazon, but the bottles end up resting sideways in it. Am I right that they need to stay upright? Because of that worry, I still haven't put the case to use

As long as the crimp holds firm, it makes no difference. That's how it ought to be.

That's a curious story, though it doesn't really tie in. On our return trip from Joplin, Mo, TSA stopped my wife to inspect her carry-on. Inside they discovered a shaker plus individual baggies holding protein powder, collagen powder, and oat bran. After scanning, they took her aside (female officer) for a manual check and still couldn't figure out what the powder was using their expensive scanner. The chocolate scent was obvious. They confiscated it. This was a tiny airport with nothing but commuter jets. Leaving Ft Myers, Fl, a major international airport, gave us no trouble at all.
 
appreciate all the helpful replies. TSA and Costa Rica customs have already let me through 1 time, back when my kit was just 3 vials plus around 8 needles. these days, though, since i inject ghkcu every day, i worry they’ll get stricter once they spot something like 30 needles on me 😬
