Talking about my personal health journey is a little difficult, but I will try to manage.
The usual accompanying diseases of a person with obesity. Six months of a liberal keto diet plus a little sport took 22 kg off, but 4 months have now been spent on a plateau of 89-90 kg. So peptides became the next thing, and a great deal of searching and reading led me to your forum. A lot of useful knowledge has been accumulated here and much of it has been read.
RETA has been in my system for 3 weeks now, no big effect so far, the plateau is still there, ravenous hunger shows up at times, and side effects — frequent light belching from the start.
