Sema and tirz didn’t work out for me (and neither did a long list of other approaches I’ve gone through over the years). Now I’m looking at giving Reta a shot, since there’s a chance this one might finally do the trick.

I’m here to pick up some knowledge and ideally connect with folks who struck out on the other options but found success with rela.
 
I've never used anything else, but I dropped 160 lbs on my own and then hit a plateau. Once I brought in reta, I lost 17 more in just 3 weeks! Alberta here too!

Awesome, great job! Where are you getting your bac water from? When I asked at nearby pharmacies last time, I got treated like I was doing something illegal 🤣 And all the online sources appear to be out of stock as well
 
It honestly looks like a whole lot of folks from Canada are hanging around this place, which caught me a bit off guard since what you pay for prescription meds up there typically isn't anywhere near the wild levels seen south of the border.
