Anavar together with TRT.

Your views are yours to hold, and it's clear you aren't interested in a back-and-forth, so there's nothing to be gained by continuing to respond.

And this subforum isn't necessary either, given that young males come across it and end up thinking steroid use is more or less normal and healthy.

Meanwhile, middle-aged males avoid seeing the doctor out of fear about their steroid use. Few "hobbies" face that kind of uphill battle. When it comes to grey, a person can simply say they're on Zepbound or compounded tirz. Steroid users have nothing comparable.

My apologies. I must have overlooked the moment you were handed authority over the internet and named to the morality police. While you're at it, tell me which other subjects are off limits for me and which opinions you're willing to sign off on.

Wow. Starting this thread was a good call. So much info has come in. Different opinions, plenty of discussion. Having read through all of it, I'm now researching every route for reducing aas side effects. I'll begin by running cycles of a few of the supplements that lower side effects and will also do my overall health some good. That's my starting point, then I'll get my labs checked. Keep pushing my health, training and nutrition forward. My lean away from aas is stronger than it's ever been, though I can't say I'm ready to commit to that yet.

My own view is that Test alone can likely get you where you want to go, though a low dose of anavar isn't a big deal either. A single night of hard drinking is arguably harder on the body than a whole run of low dose var when you're taking steps to reduce the negative sides.

That said, you've noticed that opinions here vary, and a few folks drop into every thread to announce how terrible these compounds are. They aren't looking for a back and forth or to learn anything, since their minds are already set and they just want everyone else to land in the same place. The irony is that they're also pinning questionable Chinese research chemicals that have no clinical trials and barely any testing. So treat what anyone tells you with a grain of salt, because all of us carry our own biases. Be extra careful around anyone who claims to be objective while their agenda is plain to see.

In the end it comes down to your own risk assessment. There's nothing wrong with blasting as much as you like if you've weighed the risks and accepted them. You're a grown ass adult and you can decide for yourself. I've gotten great results from a couple cycles of anabolic and will likely run a couple more down the road. I did the risk assessment and decided it was acceptable for me. I also get extensive bloodwork every 4 weeks, liver, kidney and thyroid imaging, and I recently had an echocardiogram and an arterial plaque score. So I take every precaution to reduce the harm I'm causing. But I've also done things that are WAY worse for my body than AAS, so it doesn't worry me much.
