Hi!

Amira here, out of California. Compounded Tirzepatide has been my routine for two months. Gray is still new territory, though the basics are sorted now. My list includes PCOS/PMOS, fibromyalgia, HEDS, and a complicated medical past with chronic illness flares that have left me extremely sick for stretches longer than a year. That makes my research a bit complicated, so I err on the side of caution and simplicity. Tesamorelin gets added next week. Weightlifting has been part of my week as often as my body tolerates it over the past year. (A 5 days per week split, though I have to take 1-3 week breaks when healing stalls)

Fat reduction and better health for future fertility goals sit at the top of my list. Beyond that: feeling better, being more capable, and a few aesthetic goals.

Athletics played a big part in my younger years. On the side effect front, tirzepatide is sitting very well with me. About 10 pounds have come off in my first two months, with maximum effort and lifestyle changes behind it. Diet overhauled and gym attendance very consistent. I started over 300 pounds, and my target is between 180-200 at 5'10 as a muscular woman in my late twenties.

Looking forward to getting to know people here, and any advice from other chronic illness ladies is very welcome — especially anyone also dealing with PCOS/PMOS
