Good evening all — Wales is home, though at heart I'm an English man, Devon being where I was born. The ambulance service employs me. 130kg was my starting point and 86kg is where I sit now, with more still to shift, and yes, we all know why I'm here 
beyond that I want to be useful to others and pull my weight as a member of this community? Any other English expats around?
