TelyRx is solid, though not cheap, for many prescriptions. I haven’t bought the patches from them as I go through Alloy for my HRT (also recommend them but not sure if they go patches, I get the gel). The one medical membership is pretty good for a different reason. I did the free 2 week trial. Recently joined because my real doctor prescribed HRT coding 200 a month. Im good with what they accepted for now but I do want patches in the future. Tbh Amazon seems like the best price in the USA right now. They did rx a cream and progesterone, just not the micronized.
It’s not cheap at Alloy, I think ~ $280 every three months, inclusive of the micronized progesterone. But I really like the provider who answered my MANY questions around breast cancer family history, risk, dosing, side effects, etc. I didn’t get the sense it was AI and the provider is an identifiable OBGYN in the US. So I feel I am in good hands and it’s worth the price for the time being.
$280 every 3 months doesn't seem bad. Pricing out on oversea pharms I was coming up with about that price... if they had it in stock. If we were men, the grey connects would have us covered.

I am thinking about injections. And really if I can find a patch for cheap (I see my doctor again on 8/27) I'll go with patch instead. I have needle phobia so bad, my son dose all my injections.birdwhacker said:

Have you considered switching to injectable estradiol valerate/cypionate? For dryness and local tissue use, you can also use a cream.
Herahrt.com and symphonylabs.cc both carry injectable estrogen vials, though Hera is out of stock right now. A vial will last around four months before going bad, I want to say dose is on the order of 1-3mg per week, given once or twice weekly.
The vials are easily sourced in bulk from India as well, along with progesterone pills.
You can order your own bloodwork in the US from DirtCheapLabs or GoobLabs and track ultrasensitive e2, progesterone, and any markers you like for cheap.

And of course some menopausal women get conned into taking a testosterone containing pellet, which is usually overdosed, or creams, which are inconsistent. If you want to do TRT/HRT, the most straightforward way is to use the injectables.

You don't know what dose she's using. If she's a gym rat she may be using other steroids and a higher dose.
Test is to replace what your body was originally producing after menopause, since menopause drops it to zero.

True. I do not know her dose but she is advocating it being completely safe for preservation of muscle and bone all the while hiding her virilization. It's very dishonest. And I tend to be skeptical of this type thing when I see contradictions. Look her up. I even went to her FB page to look at old phots to compare. Once in a while you can hear her now voice and compare to her earliest YT videos. She actively tries to sound less masculine. And those changes are permanent.
