let's admit it , we're all here for the same underlying reason: getting healthier, and getting good body composition back.

My current device is an apple watch, and the battery on it is famously poor — a charge every single day. I'm a fan of apple products, but wearing the watch 24/7 just isn't feasible because of that.

Opinions wanted: does anyone use the Amazfit Helio? Whoop Band is not just an option for me, not in this economy 🙂 The feedback on Humeband is overwhelmingly negative. GoogleFitbit Air was what I looked at first, but it's not yet currently available where I live.

The Helio I know nothing about, but the Bip 6 lasts around 2 weeks between charges.

Fitbit products lost me when the 2nd one died after a year, though that was a few years ago and maybe they've improved since?

from what i gather the amazfit helio claims around 10 days of battery life... the fitbit caught my eye due to the google branding.. but that will probably go nowhere.

That's the thing that sealed it for me — cut the losses and take my business elsewhere.

To each their own. 😆
