Am I overdoing it with notes? What else is worth tracking?

Is it too nerdy of me to keep a log of my research lol

I'm thinking about writing down the date I mixed up each vial, the date I first stick a needle into each aliquot to use it, and the date I throw it out along with the reason (used up vs. GROSS NASTY EWWWW vs. dropped and broke). Might also record how many days have passed since it was mixed.

Then for each aliquot, should I jot down when I injected?

I'm not sure what other data to log.

For my schedule, I plan to check weight and measurements on the morning of injection day. Currently that's Saturdays. I still haven't bought a smart scale.

I did get DEXA and bloodwork done, but it only covers CBC, CMP, lipids, HbA1c, and thyroid panel. It didn't occur to me to test iron, vitamins, or anything beyond that.
My desk is covered in notes as well. I've reached the stage where a filing cabinet is necessary!
Honestly, once you hit a certain age, having one is pretty much standard. I mean, where else are you supposed to stash all those tax documents? 😅

The clutter from paper notes drives me up the wall, yet my phone is overflowing with notes—I log everything digitally.

honestly i’m building a digital planner in Keynote just to keep tabs on all my chaos 😂
What about Powerpoint for Apple? What does that look like?

Yep, that's the one!

Here's how it works: you build it so it doesn't resemble a Powerpoint at all—what matters are the hyperlinks. Instead of sliding between pages, you attach links to specific objects so you can jump around the planner.

After that, you need to export it to Goodnotes or a similar app, which gives you an interactive pdf. Do I get how it functions? Not really. Still, I'd rather not have everything sitting on paper, and my hope is that I can throw in external links to research papers and such for quick access!
