So you've dropped "all the weight," tapered down to 0, or moved over to Tirz to deal with the "food noise." Are there any other peptides you'd pick up?

Began 2.26 at 225. By 10.26 I'm 155 pounds. There's still some lower abdomen fluf, though I figure I'd need a really low bf% before that clears up. 6 feet tall, 41 years old. Getting labs done soon. No side effects. Max dose 4mg once a week. Definitely under ate on protein but I lift 5 days a week. My hair is longer and it's starting to come out in the shower noticeably. Just for some back story details. I have tirz. Nad. Bpc. Ss31. Kpv. Tb500. On ice but reta is all I have done. Thanks!!

Sure — reta or tirz can keep doing useful work even once your weight is stable, for instance when it comes to body recomp.

Because you have a history of afib, my advice would be to avoid the GH peptides:

I take medication for afib. Since starting reta, my resting heart rate has gone up, though it doesn't worry me. Haven't brought it up with my cardiologist lol

GH peptides come with clear downsides. For recovery, the KLOW ingredients look good to me at least in theory, and you already have every one of them apart from GHK-Cu.

For safely raising testosterone, I go with HCG. Compared with testosterone or even enclo, though, the results are nothing dramatic. Since HCG often tests high in endos, I purchased one that had already been endo tested. Sensitive E2 bloodwork is also needed by users, although mine has been normal so far.

Thanks so much!
