I am trying to work out whether a particular stack is going to give me problems.
My wife and I are both 35, and right now we use Reta and KLOW together. Once CJC-1295 No Dac and Ipa show up, we want to bring those in, and I also use Tadalafil.
Lately I have been considering Melanotan2 for myself and Kisspeptin for the two of us. Would this be risky, or would any of these compounds interact badly with one another?
GHKCu isn't something I can comment on — I'm too young for it to do anything for me — but KPV and the wolverine blend have both been excellent. My suggestion is to pick up KPV on its own and extend that run past everything else. The blend, on the other hand, should be stopped after 8-12 weeks.
My current routine is KPV 1mg ED plus 0.5 BPC twice daily, and the everyday aches and pains I used to have are simply gone. I can stand at the sink doing dishes for hours and my back doesn't complain.
Skin-wise, KPV and BPC have both delivered. I used to break out in awful pizza face and had to apply moisturizer every single day without fail, otherwise I'd pay for it and then spend days of strict moisturizing just to get back to baseline. These days I can skip it for weeks and only deal with small problems.
BPC may show up in 3-5 days; KPV needs a longer runway before you feel it.
At one point I added TB4, only 10mg. Muscle recovery clearly improved, though it came with some sides.
Every day I take 5mg tdalafil — as any properly informed man should — and I've noticed BPC sometimes gives me a bloody nose. TB appeared to make that worse, but it stayed manageable and wasn't frequent.
CJC+ipa tends not to sit well with most people. Begin at a low dose and dose it in the morning, since the CJC ruins sleep for a lot of folks. If cost isn't a concern, tesa+ipa is far easier to tolerate. It manipulates your growth hormone, which can then produce some surprising interactions with insulin. I realize it's the popular thing right now, but disappointment is possible. You'll need to research it yourself — this message has already gotten longer than I'd like.

MT2 has a reputation for producing enormous erections. That's worth being cautious about.
Kisspeptin isn't something I've used much. What's commonly sold as kisspeptin isn't the same kisspeptin used in studies. A large share of it is also fake. For sexual health, for both you and your partner, take a look at pt141.
If it were me, kisspeptin, HCG, and enclo would all be off the table. MT2 I can't address, since tanning means nothing to me.
It sounds like you, like plenty of us, are trying to reclaim the manhood you gave up during the years you spent as a fatass. Hormones are genuinely complicated. My suggestion: keep losing weight, take vitamin D 5000iu with K2 every day, and get as much sun and cardio as possible. Also look into adding boron. If you've never used boron, it can shift your test noticeably by lowering SHBG. 30mg of zinc at night, plus copper every so often in the morning, will help support your hormones while you get everything in place.
Those three I can vouch for personally. They're nutrients your body actually needs. Kisspeptin and MT2 aren't things you're deficient in. Peptides feel new and exciting right now, I get it, but be careful. There's a great deal of other shit you can optimize.
Consider adding L-Citrulline alongside the Cialis.
Go get labs drawn at goodlabs. Find out where you stand. Drop that weight and ride the momentum.
Then, once you're ready, take a closer look at testosterone. It isn't the 80's any more. What you want can be reached, but nutrition, routine, and body fat all need to be dialed in before you pull the trigger.
