So, here goes. I’m currently on tirzepatide for Type 2 Diabetes and weight loss. Going swimmingly as I’m within 20lbs of my goal weight so I can figure out my maintenance dose. My current stack is:

Tirz

Cjc1295 with Ipa

MOTS-C

KLOW

I have some kits coming and wondering which one to start with.

Conditions im aiming at:

Extremely poor sleep (DSIP)

ED (KISSPEPTIN)

Energy (NAD+)

So looking for some advice on which symptoms are most urgent and/or maybe one actually addresses more than 1 due to cause/effect.

Thoughts?

DISP , it’s one of the few peptides where you can experience immediate effects

Sleep helps in so many ways

It seems to be a very mixed bag and highly individual but for me NAD+ is the only other thing besides reta that I felt day 1. I take 25mg 3-5x/week which is a small dose. Tried upping it to 50mg after a couple weeks and got a pretty intense flushing and uncomfortable stimulant feeling after the 3rd or 4th day at 50mg, and had it for 3 straight days. Back to 25mg. So I feel fortunate that I get a very noticeable result from it. I suppose the individual reactions could have to do with whether that individual is NAD deficient or not, but I dunno.

Interesting that you’ve listed the three biggest duds for me. I just wanted to chime in with a different experience and wouldn’t want you to be disappointed if you don’t experience miraculous results from DSIP. The same goes for kisspeptin and NAD+.

Among peptides, ipamorelin worked very well for my sleep. That said, I seem to do better overall with ordinary supplements such as magnesium glycinate and melatonin.

Thank you. I’ve been on magnesium and melatonin and even ambien. I can get to sleep but it’s interrupted and I still get about 25 minutes of deep sleep. I’m hoping to improve both my total sleep (average 4 1/2 to 5 hours) and deep sleep (averaging less than 30 minutes). Hopefully it will help. What protocol did you use on DSIP?

I’ve tried the NAD+ nasal (from Amazon) but no noticeable effect. I’m not convinced it was the best format as bioavailability nasally is less than 40% and being from Amazon I have no way of really knowing the dosage or reconstitution percentages or even purity. So I’m hoping with aunq to address the bioavailability and me reconstituting I’ll know better what the ratios and dosages are.

Glycine seems to help a lot of people, and I forgot to mention that I also take valerian root. As for DSIP, I took 200 mcg SQ each evening until last week. I eventually gave up on it because it seemed to disrupt my sleep more than it helped.

Did you notice any changes to your sleep after you introduced CJC/Ipa? I found it helped me sleep better, but I already was getting good sleep before.

Some people find the opposite though and CJC/Ipa messes with their sleep.

Others find that pinning in the morning is better than at night etc. Have you played around with time of day?

If I were you I would try the nad and dsip at the same time(not litterly, nad in am dsip in pm.). Then as soon as your comfortable with them add the kiss in there. Nad first thing in the am, before fasted workout. Realy helps me work out.. a good workout, helps me sleep. Dsip gives me more vivid dreams, not more sleep.

I’m working on that now. I am getting more sleep just not the restorative deep sleep. I was taking it at night but I started today splitting it with 1/2 in the morning and I’ll do the other 1/2 tonight.

That’s where I’m at. My quantity of sleep has improved with the CJC/ipa. Now I need better quality so the KLOW can work better. I’m hoping the DSIP helps with that.

I was foolish when I first started a few weeks ago in that I added CJC/IPA, and KLOW at the same time and then 2 weeks later MOTS-C. I don’t really have any differential diagnosis capability to know if any of them work and if so which one(s). That’s why I was thinking of just adding one at a time.

As a general rule(more than just peps). Change one thing at a time. So you know, what does what. So i would not start cjc/ipa and dsip within a few weeks of each other, they are both evening peps. Same for Nad+ and mots c, they are both morning peps. I would not start them both at the same time. But starting cjc/ipa at the same time as mots-c, yes. Your not going to measure if cjc/ipa is working based off of your workout, your judging off of your sleep. So, sometimes it ok do try more than one thing at a time

How are you finding the CJC1295 with ipa ? Any side effects ? What improvements have you noticed ?

Have you considered DSIP for improving your sleep which could possibly help eith ED? Sleep is very important for libido and stamina 🫶
