XTP has been removed as a forum sponsor/vendor, effective immediately.
They have been suspended since 27-July. They were given the opportunity to resolve several outstanding complaints; however, since that time (and during the weeks preceding the suspension) they have elected not to resolve any of them. As a result, the decision was made to terminate their sponsorship of the forum for failing to honor advertised guarantees.
The main basis of the complaints was customer testing showing no peptide detected, mis-identified products, substantial mass/purity differences, along with XTP's refusal to honor their guarantees (or even acknowledge the issue).
I hope to post a thread in the coming days describing how we evaluate vendor complaints. It’s important to understand that we try our best to gather and review as much information as possible, while also attempting to promote resolutions. It is neither an easy nor a rapid process, and it would be unfair to any of the parties involved, or to the community as a whole, to rush to conclusions.
In this situation, there were several extenuating and problematic circumstances. One complaining party had previously been an admin on one of XTP’s social media pages. Another complaint was withdrawn after the parties reached a resolution, and that complaint came from a reseller/vendor, which further complicates matters. A third complaint came from a party who never provided any substantive details and instead sent a litany of disgusting racist remarks. Finally, complaints from two established members of the community provided the clearest, un-biased evidence that XTP was failing to honor its guarantees.
We recommend that anyone in possession of XTP products seriously consider having those products independently tested to determine whether they are in fact what was purchased as a matter of personal safety. I do not expect XTP to provide any resolution at this point; however, from a harm-reduction standpoint, it is crucial that customers proceed with caution when considering the use of any XTP products.
