I received 3 vials of 10mg adipotide today. My plan is to self-inject 1mg daily, using the calculation that a user here provided (4.53mcg/lb).

On Day 1, I injected 1mg into the upper layer of abdominal fat. Up to now, I haven't noticed any changes in mood, body temperature, senses, etc.

day 2. 1mg went into the flab on my abdomen.

Nothing physiological felt so far.

Reporting weekly for a month, because unlike my rough BAM 15 run this one is a lot "quieter"

Okay, I know this is lazy of me, but ....

  • My adipotide supply runs out today, and my weight hasn't budged-
  • subcutaneous fat looks the same
  • my overall shape hasn't changed in any way that isn't from retatrutide.

TLDR: adipotide might not justify its cost.

Research shows a dose-response relationship, with roughly 0.43 mg/kg being the effective amount in rhesus monkeys.

Perhaps your dosage was too low. Though that would run about $100 daily...

Also, I dislike apoptosis; the body must handle the debris from such a large rise in cell deaths.

Regardless, adipotide takes the prize for the most amusing sequence: CKGGRAKDC-GG-D(KLAKLAK)2

That's precisely my point about the cost not being justified. Even when you try to translate it into human dosing, and that translation from animal studies to people isn't a straight 1:1, the price tag remains high.
