Hey everyone! 9 weeks on reta so far. The scale shows 16 pounds down, and personal records in the gym keep coming. TRT has been part of my routine for 7 months (80 mg divided into 2 shots weekly). Plenty of things improved on it, yet 24 pounds arrived quickly and refused to leave - mostly because my appetite ran wild and a deficit was simply not achievable.

ADHD is something I live with in crippling form, and it has touched every corner of my 48 years on earth. The internal noise quiets down a great deal on Reta - not only food noise, but the endless stream of unrelated thoughts that plague so many ADHDers. From 2mg up to 6mg I've titrated, and each step is better than the last. Suppression arrived in my last week at 4mg, and once the first week at 6 mg (this week) was done, hitting my protein macros most days has been a struggle.

The whole thing has been a thoroughly positive experience, and where the journey leads has me curious.

Thanks for making it this far - best of luck to all of you!
