So here's my update on running tirz at 60mg per week.

yep, I'm still around and still doing my research

what I take is 20-25mg tirz every 2 days, stacked with

2.5 or 5mg sema alongside that

6mg survo

6mg elro

2.5-5mg cagri

6mg reta

none of these were run together, each was a different week when I'd test a new addition

one thing I'll say: if you push enough survo plus tirz, you WILL feel a bit of heart jumpiness, for anyone who doubts that can happen.

survo also turned out to be the weakest one after a week or 2.

elro lasted the longest, beating cagri at a 2-1 ratio for duration on the dose.

cagri worked fine but I needed a huge amount of it before appetite suppression kicked in the way I wanted. and no, I'm not feeling fatigued even at these high levels

Blood sugar stayed fine and I never had to add anything because of a sudden BS drop

weight started coming off again, and I finally stopped eating circus peanuts like they were going out of style

You mentioned a 30mg weekly dose not long ago. What drove the leap to such a large amount, and did you jump straight to 60 or step up gradually from 30mg?

And regarding the newer Tirz trials that begin at 25mg, if I'm remembering right, is there any published information out there?

I kept raising it until the food noise and the heavy hunger I'd been getting at 20mg to 30mg were gone

some people might call that stupid, but somebody needs to find out what these do at higher doses in an actual person instead of a lab rat. so far so good and after 6 months of getting nowhere I'm finally seeing results, so this time I set the bush on fire and it's working

For someone who's already been on a GLP-1 for more than 3 years, I just don't see 25mg trials doing much — my view is they'd need to go higher.

Absolutely incredible.

Other than the racing heart, what are your remaining side effects like?

Could you share your latest starting, current, and goal weights, along with any other numbers you feel comfortable giving?

roughly 3 years back my starting point was 335, then 18 months later i was down to 208, after that it climbed to 240, and right now i sit at 228. before november arrives i want to hit 200, that's the goal.

as far as sides go, things have been mostly fine, with the exception of that survo, which honestly was pretty rough lol. i was curious what a large survo dose stacked on tirz would feel like, and my takeaway is that it probably isn't something for the long haul, maybe a few weeks up to a month at most

Looks like I'm back to figuring out what T120's cost. So this is what lies ahead for me? Whatever. Time to go YOLO once more.

Best of luck, Sir Supertrips.

At the moment I'm running 120s that tci tested between 130-140, and they're working fine, so higher-dose vials are no issue. Next I'll move over to wilds 60mg kits — I picked up 8 for 165, which lands at roughly the same price as the 120s kits. It's just a supplier change to see whether the feel differs.

Wow. 60mg?? And here I am panicking over having to move up to 15. Definitely going to follow along with this.

In my view, the main issue is that blood sugar can fall too low. When I first moved to higher doses, I did experience that somewhat, but by now I have adapted to the drug, so it no longer happens whether I take a large amount or not.

Honestly, Lilly ought to be reaching out to Super Trips and running a brand new clinical trial centered just on them 🤣

No question about it — 60mg strikes tons of people as a "shocking" dose, yet I figure that reaction fades quite a bit once you factor in the FDA-approved 7.2mg Wegovy doses, where the old ceiling used to be 2.4mg. If semaglutide can be tripled, then there's no reason tirzepatide can't be tripled too... er, quadrupled.

Damn, the amount of supplies you must go through! I'm at 15mg tirz plus 1mg Cagri, and even sitting at what they call the "max dose" of tirz makes me uneasy — meanwhile you're far beyond that supposed ceiling. Seeing you run it that high and stay fine takes some of the worry off possibly raising my own dose.
