6 months on a reta is where I'm at, with really slow tritration at the start. My current dose is ~6 mg/week, split across two injections, and side effects are minimal — arguably my tolerance is better now than at the beginning. The weight has come off slowly. In fact it went up when I started, then fell quickly once I moved to 6 mg as a single weekly injection, only for the side effects to get too rough. Pushing the dose to perhaps 8 or 9 mg weekly is my plan, to speed things along.

Diet is nowhere near perfect: at home it probably averages ~100 g protein/day. Training has picked up lately (~24h over 6 months) and strength is climbing clearly (≈25–33% up on some lifts), though body comp changes are harder to see, even if the extra muscle is something I can feel.

The main goal: shift fat while adding (or at least holding onto) muscle, without dropping weight too quickly. Starting BF was around 35%, so it has to go, even though being tall means I don't look fat.

Even 5 mg produced no loss at all, so a low responder seems to be what I am. That said, Reta has me feeling far better than I did before, which alone makes it worth it.

Glad to share data if it helps.
