Hello everyone! Finding this group made me glad. I'm 55 and taking charge of my health is the goal. Other people's health journeys and the solutions they landed on are what I look forward to learning about. Several weeks into my first round of Reta and Mots-c, started very low, and changes have yet to appear - hopefully the next few weeks start showing some progress.
