Hello, ladies and gents. 52 years old, writing from sunny NJ. No great story here - an ordinary guy hoping to shed 30-ish. According to online calculators 15% bf at 201lbs is possible, though that may be too ambitious for me, so right under 220 would leave me happy. Reta has been running since Dec, putting me roughly halfway to the goal. A plateau of some sort has shown up lately at 8mg split, and finding a way past it is the current task.
