I may be out of my mind, but I'm going to try it. Over 4.5 months on Tirz compound I dropped 35 pounds, reached 8.5mg tirz, and that amount did not sit well with me. I dropped back to 6.5mg tirz and introduced reta at 1.0 mg for 3 weeks. That was 1mg of reta weekly plus 6 of Tirz weekly. Nothing seemed different to me. Then reta went up to 1.5 mg each week while tirz stayed at 6 mg. 3 pounds came back on. So at this point reta has been pinned for 6 weeks. These days I sweat at night, I wake before my alarm, and I'm just a bit warmer than usual all the time. All par for the course.... I suppose? After 4 weeks the scale finally budged, and it's heading the way I want. My plan is to titrate tirz down and be.fully reta in a couple months. What worries me is whether my knee and wrist pain will.return. Experiencing the liver visceral fat decline with reta is something I really want, I've got a big beer belly, but the knee pain relief is the best part of all. Call me a fat ass, but I won't care if the knees are feeling prime. For 4 more weeks I'm going to lean hard on reta. I will update in 4 weeks.

I've spent 3 months using Reta, and I'm roughly 25 pounds lighter. The problem is that food noise has come back, and for 3 weeks my weight hasn't budged. On top of that, I deal with terrible skin sensitivity constantly. Tirz is already on order, so I'm ready to try it. Whether I'll stack both or simply switch to Tirz alone is still up in the air. I also need to figure out a solid starting dose.

I'm still picking things up as I go, doing my best to choose wisely for myself. Everyone's figuring this out together... if there's anything I'd pass along this early, it's that tirz did the most for my knee pain, and sure, I dropped weight as well.

If you come across any remedy for the skin sensitivity, please share it with me, since that side effect is the reason I stopped taking Reta. Suggestions I've come across include: antihistamines, electrolytes (along with hydration), Guaifensin (Mucinex), and Zinc supplements.

Tirz was a miracle for me and I shed a huge amount of weight using it by itself. Still, I want to return to Reta for maintenance and the additional health advantages it offers.

Around the 2-month mark of tirz, I introduced reta (I'm wrapping up month 4 of glp use, down 39.9lbs, at 7.5mg tirz/1mg reta), and it's been working well the whole time.

Not trying to show off, but only after upping reta by 10pt did my resting heart rate begin to drop 😂😂😂

Update: tirz has been out of my routine for 3 weeks now, and reta is the only thing I take. That makes 10 reta pins so far, and I have nudged the dose up only as far as I felt okay with. My latest pin went from 3mg to reta @ 4mg. In hindsight, beginning at 2mg would have been smarter; I am a big guy, though, and no two people are the same. Rhr sits roughly 7 beats over baseline. Sleep has been odd. I do get to sleep, and every marker my watch feeds into the app looks fine aside from duration. Roughly 5 to 5.5 hours per night is what I get, yet I wake up feeling well rested and wide awake. As for my knees, well, after months without pain I am beginning to notice them again. Not bad, but I notice them. The wrist pain is still gone. Should the knee trend keep going the wrong way, I will likely reintroduce a bit of Tirz. I have some kvp on the way, but it has not arrived yet.

Great!...I figure you already know about BPC-157 and TB500 too...for me they take a while to build up, but my chronic back pain is finally starting to improve....Nice work and good luck!

Thanks. I've gone through so much reading that my eyes are crossing. That combo is something I know about, though I've never given it a shot. When it comes to all of this, I'm pretty much a beginner, but I pick things up fast. If I were 20 years younger, I'd be willing to take slightly bigger calculated chances. Slow and steady is how I'm doing it. The pounds are dropping slowly as well.....and that's a positive thing!

Hey! I'm not kidding around. My knees are aching and the pain in my wrist has returned. Forget the scale, even though it's moving the right way. Plainly put, inflammation came back and it's beating me up. Without spewing a bunch of nonsense, my knees hurt. Go read this thread, the background, but today I'm adding Tirz @ 4 mg. I'll write more once I'm in a better mood. Reta isn't everything.........at least for me.

I inject Tirz 7.5 plus Reta 3.0 on Fri/Tues. Once I hit goal weight, I don't intend to drop either one. They bring different advantages and traits. Pinning twice weekly pretty much solved the half life problem with Tirz. What made you decide to drop Tirz (just curious)? Congrats on the weight loss.
