Hi all,
Wanted to say hello and share where my journey has got to. I've spent the last year on retatrutide, and the scale has gone from 123 kg to 81 kg. It's been huge for me, physically and mentally, and I'm really proud of it.
Not every step has been smooth, but staying consistent is what made the difference. Nutrition, habits, patience, and why long-term progress matters more than a fast fix — all of that has sunk in.
Glad to be part of the community, to learn from others, and to keep the progress going.
Where I've got to so far:-
Cheers everyone!
