At 46 I'm kind of old (male). My bp runs really high and keeping it in check is a problem. Shedding some weight — a lot of visceral fat is stored on me, I think — should let me get the bp under control. Reta went in a few weeks ago (low dose, 3 mgs) and blood pressure is already improving; if I come out looking a lil better too, great, but a stroke is the thing I'm actually worried about
