Hi! 44F out of So Cal, and the peptide world has pulled me in deeper across the last 6 months. Plenty of reading and listening had happened by then, but my own research journey really began on December 1, 2025.
Autoimmune disease has been a long fight, with steroids needed often, plus ADHD-driven binge eating, and between them I reached my heaviest across 2021-2023. The medications routinely left me feeling terrible… and honestly, I doubt they ever did as much as I'd hoped. 20 lbs did come off in the end… though it was a struggle, as it always is. So the decision was made to try tirz for inflammation and food noise. And WOW… the shift I noticed within only a few weeks! It isn't perfect, but a rescue dose of steroids hasn't been needed since I started… which for me is a LOT of ground gained.
A few months into tirz now, and I feel better than at any point in over a decade. Branching out has also begun. NAD+ and SS-31 are currently stacked. MOTS-C comes in a few weeks' time, once I transition. After a round of cellular repair on this cycle, GHK-Cu and Semax will be trialled.
Every bit I read leaves me more intrigued. With so many knowledgeable people on this site, I'm glad to be here, still learning and helping myself toward the best version of me.
