37/m, here in colorful Colorado. A news article and video about "soccer moms" going grey is where my journey started. My peak weight hit 286lbs — every holiday season added another 10 pounds and I never bothered taking it off. Realising that continuing would put me at 400lbs by the time I'm 50 sent me to a local clinic for starting-point labs, and the doc agreed GLP-1's made sense. Insurance turned down both meds, so off to grey I went. STG got a deep read, and I even became lead in a testing group. The reading paid off — competent enough to organise a test with Jano. 9 months on Tirz took me from 286 to 250; at 12.5% I suppose that makes me a middle responder. Titrating up to 14.1mg is where I stalled for 2 months; no bad side effects ever, so I like to think my titration patience paid off. Regular gym sessions went in (previously only sporadic) and I was still kind of in the same place. Some sort of recomp might have been happening, but I couldn't stand watching the scale sit still. Still at 30% body fat, so there's more to go — very glad to be past the halfway mark though! Week 3 of Reta now, started low at 2mg, and it's going fine so far. During the Tirz period I ran a cycle of MOTS-C and a separate cycle of CJC/Ipa — CJC seemed to help more than MOTS-C. Another CJC cycle is underway now, mostly noticeable for sleep and therefore recovery. Tesa and Cagri both interest me, but I'd rather stay conservative. My FFMI score of 22 is the motivator — I know there's a really good amount of muscle at my core, it's just hidden under fat, and revealing it for me and my significant other would be great. The before and after Tirz pics were a big motivator, and the difference in my belly is clear. Glad to be part of this community.
