36 here, and a few months of mounjaro from normal sources went by before the expense wore me down and reta turned up in December. Once reta had been read about (and tried) the whole peptide subject pulled me in deeper.

140kg was my highest ever weight, and ~105kg is where I sit today. My sleep apnea, which used to be really bad, has improved a lot from this. Good sleep is something I have genuinely craved for a solid 4-5 years.

Things I have dabbled with:

BPC-157

Selank

Epitalon

DSIP

What I am running now:

Retatrutide at 6mg/every 5 days

PE22-28 at 1mg/day

Pinealon at 10mg/day

Cerebrolysin at 60mg/day (the fake stuff apparently)

1mg/day (Selank

In terms of sleeping for a solid stretch, this stack has felt amazing. A sleep tracking watch is on my wrist, and a few days ago it recorded 7hrs of sleep for the very first time. Every morning for these past few weeks, since starting, I have woken up feeling refreshed.

Being generally unwell for so long is what has me trying different things, and with improvements this massive showing up, another order is on the cards to see how this pans out

The next experiment on the list:

SS-31 (my reasoning being that carrying so much weight and being metabolically unhealthy for so long could mean a mitochondrial repair cycle of ss-31 pays off in a massive way.

KLOW blend (inflammation pretty much everywhere and a lot of joint pain. Largely down to the extra weight and being generally unhealthy.)

Splitting the KLOW blend into separate vials of each component is a possibility though, which would let me go higher or lower on individual parts.

Further down the road:

Light cardio is what I have been doing, though the time to start building out will come, so once the inflammation and energy levels are sorted over the next few months I will get back to lifting and try tesa/ipa at that stage.

Also on the curious list:

Chonluten

Bronchogen

Asthma was part of my childhood and it comes and goes from time to time. Hearing from anyone who has tried them would be interesting, or I may end up volunteering myself as a guinea pig for science.

Should anyone have questions about my experiments, past or future, or recommendations and tips on them, do drop me a reply.
