A 35 years old guy here. Semaglutide has been part of my routine for slightly over a year. Wegovy was where I began, and these days the vials I use are compounded ones from Amble. My start weight was 225 pounds and the scale now reads 195. Running happens several times weekly, and weights get lifted 2-3 times. Dieting isn't really something I do, since what I eat is already fairly clean: fast food is rare, red meat isn't a big feature, portions stay small, and sweets barely appear.

What I'm keen on checking out now is the Grey market. A cheaper sema source is the main thing I'm after, though minimal doses of reta are something I'd like to try as well.

Finding this forum wasn't my own doing lol — a reddit post about the grey market for sema led me here.

I believe I've located a decent supplier; the tricky part is working out whether they're actually any good (saying the name in an intro post probably isn't allowed).

Looking forward to picking up whatever I can!
