A relatively young man is what I am, and cutting has been the project since February of 2025. 35lbs has come off, from 225 down to 190 as of now. Since August alone that's 25lbs, so roughly a lb a week. Running, weight training, jump rope and boxing make up my exercise, and OMAD handles the caloric deficit. The target is somewhere near 12% bodyfat, which works out around 175lbs assuming too much muscle doesn't go (fingers crossed). Losing this much weight isn't a first for me, and relapse into weight gain is a real fear — though the chronic dependence on alcohol is gone too (an alcoholic, as some would put it). Ending this cut fast and finally getting onto the very long maintenance phase is what I was after. So the search started with what certain weight cutting pills would cost, and the discovery was that peptides are...cheap. On dubious clearnet sites, no less. Much cheaper than the weight cut stack I bought about two years ago. GLP1 was already familiar and a stop eating injection didn't feel necessary since eating less is something I can manage, but then retatrutide came up and I was shocked. Long story short, another endless rabbit hole opened and this forum came out of a youtube comment of all places. Youtube commenters have been sent here by me as a way of giving back; sorry to say I doubt they'll work out how to get their first levels anyway. Regardless, the whole peptides thing struck me as really cool, so a few things got tested alongside reta: bpc157, ghkcu and motsc. Filtering got learned today, so filters, sterile vials and venting needles need to be found before the order lands, because midwifery doesn't appear to hold any.
