Every time I try to respond, it says "You have insufficient privileges to reply here." What steps do I need to take to be allowed to reply?

Once you mentioned it, it's obvious—no idea how I missed it, I really thought I'd checked everywhere. Regardless, I appreciate the clarification; it was annoying being in the dark and unable to figure out the reason. I've spent over 30 years on a BB board buying research chems, so this isn't new territory for me—actually, that's exactly how I ended up here. Thanks
