Hi everyone, I'm a 30 (F) with just under a month of peptide exploration and experimentation behind me. Prediabetes has been a struggle for 10 years, along with weight gain and fluctuation. What I want is information, insight and knowledge so I can stay safe through this — doctor's appointments and specialist care gave me next to no support or plan for my own health journey, so continued research is how I mean to take control of it.
