Figured I'd share an update for anyone curious about GHK-Cu.

I started using GHK-Cu on May 9th, injecting 2 mg. It's now been about three months, and I've definitely noticed some changes.

What I've noticed:

  • My skin looks healthier and has a more even tone.
  • My complexion seems brighter overall.
  • My skin feels smoother and heals a little faster after small cuts or blemishes.
  • My hair feels healthier and has a bit more shine. It's still early to say how much it's affects growth, but the quality has improved.
  • I just look a little more "refreshed" overall, even though it's hard to pinpoint one specific thing.
Nothing happened overnight. The improvements were gradual, and I mostly noticed them when comparing newer photos to older ones.

I'm considering taking a short break soon since I've been running it consistently, but overall, I'm happy with the results.

For anyone else using GHK-Cu:

  • How long did you stay on before cycling off?
  • Did you notice additional improvements after the 3-month mark, or did things mostly plateau?
Would love to hear other people's experiences.

I do cycles of 8 weeks on/3 weeks off as I notice a plateau effect around this time frame. I'm on my 5th cycle now. I've continued to notice slow improvements in my skin similar to what you mention. Seems to just keep building so far.

My app shows 142 5mg doses taken. I have not noticed anything, and no one has said anything positive or negative. I do dislike that bee like sting in my thigh and the perma-bruise on both thighs. I will continue use since I'm not getting any younger.

I am not cycling. My heels have never looked better. I didn't have much grey and now I have even less. My skin is more even toned and looks fresher. Wound healing is accelerated.

Are you able to get some KPV that you can pin along with the GHK? I was also getting big, sometimes itchy, and often bruising welts when I was only pinning the copper. But once I started adding KPV to it, and making sure I had at least 6ml of BAC in the vial, I almost never get them now (it's actually been about 2 months since I stopped noting any ISR).

I started GHK-CU the same day you did and have experienced pretty much the same things you have. I have had red patches on my face for years that are gone now. I had a nail that would split down the middle as it grew that has completely healed. I even started taking collagen peptides last year trying to fix it but it wasn't until I started the GHK-CU that I saw healthy hair and nails. And like you said, the changes are gradual.

I only take 2 week breaks between vials, but I think this time I am going to stay on it without stopping and just try to stay consistent with zinc supplements. I'm also going to bump it up to 3mg a day next go around.

I started a few things at the same time so can't put anything specifically on ghk-cu, but since I started I feel like my skin looks smoother (have some acne scars that seem a little lighter) and my nails have been growing noticeably faster.

I'll be darn...I read what you wrote about a split nail, looked down at my thumb nail that has had that 'forever'...and it looks way better!...I hadn't noticed until now... 👍

My plan is to keep running it continuously as well...I have plenty (seems to be the least expensive pep out there)...

I also ordered a GB kit of GHK-Basic that I will read up a bit more on, but seems to be something that you can blend with GHK-Cu if the copper starts to act up on you...I dunno, but running with KPV, recon with NaCL, GHK-Basic...I am going to find a way keep at it...👍

40+ male here, currently on week 6 of glow blend, taking about 2.5mg GHK-Cu daily. So far can't see/feel any difference. I had chronic stress due to cancer in the family and I feel like I've aged a lot due to it (wrinkles and white hair). I was hoping that some of that damage will be reversed, but after 6 weeks can't say it has.

Majority of people don't see results (if any at all) until the 12 week mark or later. There are always outliers of course.

I’ve been out it for about 3 weeks. My knees are usually very bumpy. That has gone away. I thought it was too soon to see results, but I’ve had bumpy knees my whole life. So I have to believe it’s the GHKCU. I’ve only gotten the stinging the first 3 pins. Now I don’t get anything at all. It had me thinking did my GHKCU go bad or something.

I ran Cu and Basic 2:1 for a vial. It was ok. No spice. I might try a different ratio next time to use up the Basic. It will be a while before I get there.

Now I'm running Cu:KPV 5:1 and it's spicy. I understand KPV needs a 3 month cycle to see benefits so I'm committed to the full 3 months. Will evaluate at the end.

Patience, grasshopper. 😉 Srsly, it takes time to see the benefit. Also, it doesn't seem to produce results for everyone. Hope it does for you.

Sorry to hear about your family 🫶🏻

If you’re concerned about wrinkles/lines, someone started a thread the other day called ‘calling all the pretty ladies’ or something along those lines. It’s basically a skin and hair thread, I posted a ton of information in there on procedures, serums and creams, and peptides that I’ve found help with skin a lot. If you want to see more instant results I’d look at getting a good skin care routine and maybe looking into tret cream, and also a shampoo with colouring effects to help easy the greys. Best of luck!

I will continue pinning daily for at least 3 months as some other posters said, but I just wanted to share my experience in case somebody is interested.

I've done more research in the meantime and basically I've come to the same conclusion, that a good skincare routine will give better results, at least for wrinkles, and there are actual studies done on that rather then the anecdotal evidence for GHK-Cu being used subcutaneously.

I've already started with retinol serum twice weekly and plan to switch to retinal or tretinoin if I am able to get it. From what I've been reading tretinoin is the King, but retinal also gives great results and I don't have to bother with prescription.

Go Tret hands down. Retinol you get off the shelves is a very weak version of Tret cream which is a retinoid itself. Your Dr should be able to prescribe you some, and I’ve read some posts on here about people ordering it through India Mart

Also sunblock, always sunblock on your face, even when you’re driving. Every little bit you do for your skin helps !
