My weight journey opened at the start of 2025. Between Jan 2025 and Jan 2026 the total came to 65lbs lost. Reta began for me in January 2026, another 25 lbs followed across the last three months, and 2.5mg has been my dose the whole way. Going up isn't something I plan on, since the journey is still going great.
265lbs was my opening figure and 175lbs is where I sit now.
