Sitting at 23 years old, and the last few years have all been about shifting weight. Height is 6ft 4" and the scales used to read around the 110kg mark; 89kg is where I am now. More needs to go while the muscle stays. Reta is what I've been reading up on, though sourcing it here in the uk isn't cheap. The forum came onto my radar recently and plenty has already been learned from it. Getting to know everyone is something I'm looking forward to.
