Hi all! Italy is where I'm writing from. Weight and I have fought my whole life, and BED is part of that — food was how I buried every feeling I had. Four years back the strength finally came, and a low-carb plan plus relentless focus took me from 165kg down to 95kg, a drop of 70kg. For two years the loss held, give or take small swings; then the classic yo-yo set in and I climbed until the scale read 121kg. At that point I went looking for help. Semaglutide was the only drug on my radar, and researching it opened the door to GLP1 and the wider peptide world. Sema covered my first two weeks (0,5 a week) with little to show, maybe because it hadn't built up yet; then three weeks ago I added reta to the stack (2,5 a week). 7kg has come off since. What pleases me isn't only the weight — the pull to overeat has quieted, and sticking to my diet is genuinely simple now.
Italian-language sources are thin on the ground, and there's nowhere much to talk peptides either, so finding this forum was lucky for me.
Un saluto speciale a tutti gli italiani qui iscritti!
