Just jump to 5 mg—the difference won’t be meaningful, and you’ll get an even count of doses: 6 x 5 mg rather than 7.5 x 4 mg. Mix with either 1.8 ml or 2.4 ml (that’s 0.30 ml per pin or 0.4 ml per pin, in that order). Those six doses last five weeks, which is fairly safe.
For someone just beginning, 4mg or 5 mg is far too much.

A lot of us started below 1mg per week, which helped avoid unpleasant side effects and let the body adjust to a new medication.
Those seeking more of a challenge begin at 2 mg. Opinions vary widely.
