Hi folks, fresh account but not fresh to the road - mj took me from around 100kg down to around 78 last year. Prices went through the roof so it stopped abruptly, though I was basically at target so I figured I could hold it.
Not a disaster, exercise and clean eating mostly held up, but 8 months of drift brought me to about 86kg, so Reta is getting a try.
