A price of 3.4EU per vial doesn't bother me at all. I struggle to see any sensible grounds for someone to be bothered by it, even in a scenario where the entire vial went into a single injection.

If the ceiling is 5eu/kg, then a 150lb individual injecting the full 20mg at once probably wouldn't run into trouble even at 100eu/vial.

If you're only picking between those 2, go with R20. And if you're thinking about titrating up, R30 might be worth considering too.

A single vial can likely last you 2-3 months if you handle it properly. Work out the numbers yourself.

I’ve got 20s on the way too... I’m currently using tirz and plan to continue with it for a while, and I’ll only take the reta as a split dose beginning at 1-2mg. Once I titrate up, it would be 4, 5, 6... For me, the 20s make sense math-wise, and they won’t be wasted even if I switch over to straight reta... It’s all fine... GL!
