here's what I'm currently running:

ghk-cu 1.7mg every day

bpc 157 + tb 500 250mcg every day

aod 9604 300mcg mon-fri

5 amino 1mq 300mcg each morning, daily

mots-c 1mg each morning mon-fri

glp-1: reta at 6mg per week. I began on a higher dose since I'd just finished a full 6 month tirz cycle and dropped 55 pounds over those 6 months.

now, the results:

only 4 weeks in, so it might be a bit soon, but I'll give my honest take. unfortunately I think I've hit a plateau, since I haven't dropped even 1 pound in more than 3 weeks. that's been pretty disheartening, especially after losing weight steadily on tirz for the past 6 months. I still have 35-40 pounds to lose before reaching my goal, so hopefully this plateau breaks soon! I'm at the gym, I take in 90g protein daily, very low carb, high fiber though it comes from supplements. I just bought a yoga mat for my bedroom so I can do crunches & planks on days I'm not at the gym.

on sleep, no change for better or worse that I've noticed. it's roughly the same, which is fairly decent.

skin, I haven't seen any change at all. my skin & complexion are pretty good, no wrinkles, though I do have dark under eyes, but nothing has improved enough for me to notice.

energy, roughly the same. maybe slightly better after my morning dose, but I'm not feeling 10 years younger or anything extreme.

mental health, I stay positive like always, but no special memory or focus benefits have come my way, & I'm not any happier than I normally am.

overall, I've gotten 0 results from my peptides & none from reta so far either, but again I think the plateau started before I began reta, & it may also be too soon to judge anything with the peptides, though I definitely hope to see improvement somewhere soon.

From what I can tell, the amounts you're currently using are on the low side.

  • For GHK-Cu, the daily amount is 3-5mg, and consistent use over 30 days is when you'll begin noticing a difference.
  • BPC/TB only makes sense if there's an injury present, an injury you're managing, or you're preparing for something strenuous that might cause injury. If none of those apply, there's no reason to use it.
  • AOD is hit or miss, but the daily amount should be 500mcg, not 5 times a day.
  • My own 5 amino routine is oral, 50mg twice daily (100mg total).
  • MOTS-C can go as high as 15mg per week.

Your weight isn't something I know, but 90g of protein isn't enough. The target should be 1g of protein for every 1lb of body weight, or no less than 0.7g per pound, if you want to keep or build muscle mass.

Sleep matters a lot ---- 7-9 hours each day is a MUST.

Stress can be another factor.

Goodluck my friend.

OK, so raising the GHK-CU dosage is the move. Understood. On the syringe, which mark corresponds to 3-5mg? Something like 30 to 50 units?

I can also drop the BPC+TB.

About the AOD: it's not a 5-times-daily thing for me. It's 5 times per week. Do you think bumping the dose up makes sense?

Since making this post, my water and protein intake have gone way up. The plateau broke and I've shed 11 lbs. over 2 weeks now! So that's a win. Once I hear back from you, I'll go ahead and raise those doses too.

I'm 6'2" tall, started at 269lbs., and right now I'm at 205lbs. That means over 6.5 months I've dropped 64 lbs. total, and I'm aiming for 165-170. Getting closer the whole time.

what's ur body weight? 90 grams seems really tiny? You're on such a big stack, how can u even tell which one is doing anything. Like everyone knows, reta is gonna be 40x stronger than nearly every pepper since the results speak for themselves.

Do u weigh ur food down to the gram? if ur stuck it comes down to calories in, so unless ur weighing stuff ur gonna be confused.

When you began Reta at 6mg, did you experience many adverse effects? It seems odd that you saw no weight loss.

Standing over 6'3", once I reached 195 pounds, I both felt and appeared quite lean. My ideal BMI reportedly sat at 198. Even though that BMI number was on target, I still felt overly slim. These days I aim to remain between 200 and 205. At 165, I wonder what your own perception will be.

twice in my past I've dealt with being overweight. as a type 1 diabetic, there were a couple of periods where I let things slip & put on 90 pounds on 2 occasions, plus roughly 50 pounds another time. each time, I managed to shed every pound and get back to what is "normal" for me — a lean 165-175 at most. growing up I was always skinny as a kid and teen, so I figure that's just my natural frame. that said, 195 can still appear quite slim on a person who's 2 inches taller than me. for myself, though, 195 feels heavy. anyway, an update: the plateau is behind me — after being parked at 216 for a month, I'm now sitting at 200 lbs!

For the first 5 months, tirz alone took off 55 pounds. Switching to reta brought on my plateau, and I sat at 216. After I wrote this update post, that plateau broke and now I'm at 200 — basically on the edge of the 1's club again 🙏🏼

Well, without details, here;

GHK-cu at 50mg in a 3ml vial.

Reconstitute with 2ml of Hospira Bac Water.

This gives you concentration of 25mg/ml.

3mg dose is 12 units on a 1ml syringe.

5mg dose is 20 units on a 1ml syringe.

GHK-cu at 50mg in a 5ml vial.

Reconstitute with 5ml of Hospira Bac Water.

This gives you concentration of 10mg/ml.

3mg dose is 30 units on a 1ml syringe.

5mg dose is 50 units on a 1ml syringe.

However, if your body is not yet accustomed to processing ghk-cu in terms of PIP (post injection pain), then I would strongly recommend you increase the reconstitution with 5ml rather than 2.

I would also recommend, if you experience stinging/pain, to inject KPV first (in that same area) - it reduces inflammation and is supposed to help prepare for other injections like ghk (reduce pain).

This is why you may see other products like GLOW (ghk-cu, bpc-157, tb-500) and KLOW (kpv, ghk-cu, bpc-157, tb-500). This is not only to give you a full range of benefits, but also to help mitigate the potential pain from the ghk-cu.

You can always dilute more, add in kpv/wolverine or drink more water right before injecting ghk to help with pain management.

There are diminishing returns; anything over 5mg a dose and you're not gaining anything special.

I bumped my dose up to 5mg and used 2ml when reconstituting. I'm still on the hunt for cosmetic grade GHK to apply topically, because subcutaneous use hasn't produced any results for me. Thanks once more for the guidance, hoping for the best!

You can actually make your own serum/cream if you buy raw products; ghk-cu, ahk-cu, snap-8, matrixyl and buying hyaluronic acid from Amazon. You can then ask Claude AI for a simple formula whether your goal is to grow/regrow hair, improve overall skin, reduce and/or get rid of red stretch marks, etc... Claude AI can help you. 🤣

I get that, but right now I can't locate any vendor with it in stock.
