Hey there, Female, 30-something, living in Melbourne. Most of my life I've been heavy. 135kg ---> 68kg (CICO, no weight loss surgery) 163cm tall Reconstructive surgery sorted out the dreaded skin. My frame is tiny, but the last 10kg refuses to budge. Keen to learn from everyone here 🙂
