    INTRO 25yo afraid of needles

alright @CDRom looks like more digging is needed on my end. appreciate you filling in the background — it shifts how I see things. something in my response keeps tripping the spam filter (could be the pricing or sourcing talk setting it off). it's been more than a week since I could post a reply

Is it just me, or does each filter cost more than $20?

Honestly, at this point I'd rather just pay you to handle it. Put together a temperature-controlled shipment for me, or honestly just send over your entire fridge. It's starting to make sense why those longevity and wellness clinics can get away with charging an arm and a leg just to have a...

yep, I've looked into ghk-cu. the stinging comes from the copper ions. my sister deals with severe eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis... she goes through tons of steroid cream for her inflamed skin. I'm considering mixing it into a cream for her. I'm aware pH is important and that using acids...

appreciate you hopping into this thread. like you mentioned, simply beginning will probably get me further than stressing over every detail involved in building a pen. ultimately the point is to see results. maybe that just makes me lazy, since I can't make it through a 25 minute clip of a nurse...

Is it more difficult to get pen needles since each manufacturer (Eli Lilly vs Pfizer) has its own specific fit? Or do all pen needles share a universal fit? Also, everyone keeps praising Hospira brand water for BAC, but it's out of stock at most places aside from the pricier sites. I notice...

what caught me off guard is ... picking a supplier ended up near the end of the process. i focused first on stories people shared, how much to take, timing, half lives, keeping things sterile and how to inject. now that i'm comparing costs, it's a bit shocking that some of the vendors here come...

I've come across claims that reta or tire can reduce inflammation. Could you share what you've experienced?

I’ve looked into ^^ those peptides too. From what I gather, how well they work seems tied to how old you are. Once you’re past 40, there may be something to gain. If you’re younger, your mitochondria are probably already running at full capacity, so any change would likely be subtle or not...

I appreciate you sharing this. I'll check out the pens. It's awesome that it works so smoothly for you. The filter is something I hadn't come across before.

Man, being pierced by aircraft wires sounds insane. I hope the safety inspection turns out fine. Perhaps put on some goggles when you're tinkering with it!

Wow, you really know your stuff! That's great! So rather than reconstituting lyophilized peptides with BAC, you're using pens… mind sharing which one you've got? I've heard the dial-to-dose setup is super convenient

INTRO Hi from the UK, any and all advice welcome!

Yeah, I've come across the idea that rice left over is slower on digestion and causes a smaller blood sugar rise. hopefully that's true for frozen fried rice too lol I pick that up at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods for a few bucks as a fast meal to add a can of salmon for 50g+ protein plus a fried egg

hey, I think you're pretty, and the fact that you're funny too makes it even better!! The good news is that at some point everyone is new. I'm new here too.

Appreciate the response. Right, I figured 30 unit syringes would work well for bpc when measuring out 250mcg doses. Gauge is about needle thickness, and a higher number equals a thinner needle. What length do you go with—8mm or 6mm?

Hey everyone I’ve been looking into things like getting air bubbles out, keeping the vacuum in the vials, staying sterile, and how to measure for reconstitution… Everyone here has guts, and I hope all of you do well with this. I compete in sports, and to me BPC looks like something that could...
