I used bpc 157 in the past for a shoulder injury, and I've more recently begun KLOW along with Reta so I can shed the remaining weight and reach my goal.

So far Klow has been excellent. I train with weights 5 days a week plus 20-30min on the stair master, and the soreness I feel is far less than what I normally get. There's also an acne scar on my forehead that I've noticed is fading.

Reta! I've found that smoking weed while on it doesn't work 😂 I wind up around 200-300cal over my deficit target.

Is anyone here using selank? How are we liking these?

Hi there, and welcome aboard. Selank is a solid choice, particularly for anyone who struggles to quiet their mind at bedtime.
That's roughly the outcome I had in mind. It's the reason I use weed, so finding a solid substitute would be perfect.

I'm still on the Mounjaro train, so Selank and Reta are both uncharted territory for me. That said, 6 weeks back I kicked off a CJC/Ipamorelin run. Around week 4, the fat around my midsection began to noticeably shrink and smooth out — which lines up perfectly with your point that pairing a GLP-1 with a well-built peptide stack is the ultimate shortcut for changing your physique. Best of luck hitting your remaining goal weight

Welcome aboard! Reta is a solid choice. KLOW is something I haven't gotten around to trying yet, though it's definitely on my list. Of the 4 peptides that go into it, I've only used 3 so far. Have you given NAD a shot? For recovering after workouts, it's something I genuinely enjoy. Hope you have a good time here on the forum.

Glad KLOW is going well for you — that’s actually the same thing I’m researching right now, as soon as I sort out locating a reliable supplier plus the crypto side of it. I’ll be checking out some other options shortly after that.

Selank hasn't really felt like it's doing anything for me, though it's possible my anxiety was never that severe in the first place 🤔

I’ve taken bpc 157 before to help with a shoulder injury and recently started KLOW and Reta to help me get off the rest of the weight to get to my goal.

Klow has been great so far. I lift 5 days a week and do 20-30min on the stair master and my soreness is minimal to what it usually is. I also have an acne scar on my forehead that I’m noticing is lightening up.

Reta! I’ve learned I can’t smoke weed on it 😂 I end up like 200-300cal above my deficit goal.

Anyone taking selank? How are we liking these?

Glad you're here! In my case, Selank has been really effective. It quiets my mind and helps me concentrate better. Everyone's protocol is different, but my approach is a bigger dose in the morning, then a small one at night roughly an hour before sleep.

Honestly, now that I've been on Reta and Klow for a bit longer, the results have been really impressive, and I'm starting to think I might skip selank altogether!

I've only just begun reta, and I totally relate to what you said about the munchies hitting when you smoke. Last night I demolished some uncrustables lol, completely zoned out while watching peptide videos about KLOW. I keep going back and forth on whether to buy a kit. I read up on the mitochondria reset involving ss31 motsc and nad, but I figure klow makes sense for me given the cost and how it fits with recovery after the gym, my old knee injury, and a recent surgery on my big toes — both toenails were fully removed because of ingrown toenails. The pain is unreal and I really need them to heal asap.

Hey everyone, hope your day is going well.

I’m on Reta right now and Klow is on its way to me. The problem is that the dosing info I’ve come across varies a lot, so I’m not sure what to follow.

I have 80 mg of Klow and plan to mix it with 3 mL of BAC water.

What’s the typical length of a Klow run in weeks? Is the schedule 5 days on and 2 days off, or do people use it every day, 7 days a week?

And for the first week, how many units should I draw? How do the units get stepped up over the following weeks, and at which week does a break come in?

Another thing that’s unclear to me: I’ve seen it said that after 80 mg of Klow is reconstituted, it should stay good for roughly 30 days if kept in the fridge at 2–8°C. If the protocol runs past 30 days, does that mean the leftover Klow gets thrown out and a fresh vial is mixed?

If anyone can shed light on these points, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Would you mind sharing whether you dose in the morning or at night, and what amount you use? I ran a CJC/IPA cycle for roughly tens weeks (150mg of each per day) and shifted dosing to the morning after reading it works better when properly fasted, which you may not be at night if you're on reta, though I wasn't really sure I noticed much benefit from it

If you truly were on 150mg per day, both your bank account and your pituitary gland would be in distress! 😜 Figuring you meant 150mcg, here's the protocol that's been serving me well.

My routine is actually two doses per day: 150mcg of CJC-1295 plus 150mcg of Ipamorelin each time.

  • Morning: I take it as soon as I get up, then remain fully fasted for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Evening: I take it just before sleeping, with a strict fast of 3+ hours beforehand.
Since you're using Reta, gastric emptying is slowed, so fasting at night becomes harder — that's exactly why the 3-hour minimum buffer matters, as it helps avoid blunting GH release. If your previous cycle was a single morning dose only, dividing it into a morning and an evening routine could deliver the progress you didn't get the first time around.

Hi there! I'm running Reta alongside KLOW as well.

My mix is 80mg KLOW with 3ml BAC.

After finishing 1 vial using a 5-days-on / 2-off schedule, it stretched across 1 month. That worked out to 20 injection days in the month at 15 units apiece (roughly 4mg KLOW each).

Because I had a reaction, I also added 15 units of BAC water to every pin. Regardless of what I attempted (room temp, a different spot, antihistamine, zinc, etc.), I consistently ended up with redness, itching, or soreness.

Once the month was over I hadn't noticed much of an effect. I still have another vial and want to try a somewhat higher dose, but I'm unsure whether the injection-site irritation is worth it....
