Hey all! 🤍 California here, 26 years old, and I'm glad to have found this space and to start meeting people!

When I began this journey I was sitting at about 185 lbs, and bit by bit I've come down to somewhere around 155–160 lbs. Getting to 140 lbs is the end goal, though what matters more to me is feeling good about myself — confident, healthy, and at ease in my own skin.

GLP-1 medications have been part of how I've gotten here, and they've played a big role in keeping my appetite, food noise, and my whole relationship with eating in check. I've gone through stretches of progress, plateaus, and plenty of frustration, same as a lot of people, and I'm coming to understand that this process is anything but linear.

What brought me to this community is wanting to keep learning, swap stories, and link up with folks who get the journey because they're living it too. Long-term success and holding onto results are topics I'd really like to dig into, and I'm keen to hear how these medications have worked out for others.

It's exciting to be somewhere we can lift each other up, ask whatever we need to ask without being judged, and cheer for the small victories as they come. Can't wait to get acquainted with all of you! 🤍

Hello, another Californian here. When it comes to managing weight over the long haul, Reta is something I'd suggest checking out, since it works on 3 separate receptors and offers solid health advantages with extended use. Its GLP-1 component isn't as strong, so how much GLP-1 you're already taking will affect things — you may have to sort of dial in the right balance. Still, it works in your favor: the food noise that Reta permits can be used to hit solid, clean protein targets of 1gram/lb of your goal weight, which matters a lot if building lean muscle is your aim. Hopefully that helps. Great to meet you. Best of luck, friend.

Really appreciate it! I'm actually researching Reta right now, and Klow is already part of my routine — the results have really won me over. Thanks for such a kind welcome; it's nice to connect with someone else from California!

Feel free to reach out anytime. I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I'm constantly digging into peptides and blends, and there's nothing that brings me more joy than watching the people around me get healthy while big pharma doesn't collect a single dime!!
