Wow, that's amazing!!!!✨✨✨🎉🎉💕

What was your approach? Which medication are you on, and what dosage(s)?

Is there another goal you're aiming for now (whether it involves weight or not)?
All the congrats you've sent mean a great deal to me—thank you 🙂

As far as numbers go, there isn't a fresh target I'm aiming for. What comes next is spending the winter packing on lean muscle and pushing myself toward the best shape I've ever had (though honestly, I'm already there—never in my life have I been this lean)—but because the whole process and journey have brought me so much enjoyment, what I really want is to appreciate it, find a healthy relationship with myself and my body again, and rebuild the self-esteem I used to have 🙂

Wow, well done — that's a huge transformation over that stretch. Any plans for what you'll do to maintain?

Even while bulking, I plan to keep GLP use to a minimum, though I'll continue Reta at a low dose for insulin sensitivity and the many other advantages it offers.

Plus, it helps a little with keeping my sweet tooth in check

I've got 15 pounds left before I reach my goal weight, but I'm curious whether people in this community tend to drift away from the forum once they get there. Looking back at threads from 6 months ago, a lot of the folks who used to post regularly don't seem to be around anymore. What's the typical participation pattern for this forum, I wonder?

Wow, congratulations! Those last 15 pounds should come off fast, I'm sure!

Once the goal is reached, it's easy for interest to fade, so learning to love the journey rather than the destination is important. Of course, that's much easier to say than to actually do.
😍😍😍💜💜💜😍😍😍

Wow, that's impressive. Congrats on your active journey. Wishing you all the best as you rediscover your self-esteem.
Thanks a lot!!! We all know this takes a long time, but it pays off

I'm also new here, and I only found this forum once the weight was already off…30lbs. There's still more I want to do. My plan is to keep going with peptides and shift my attention toward longevity, plus anything else they might help with. My guess is that some folks feel sure they can keep the glp1 effect going on their own. Whether that actually works for them, I can't say. They might return if weight starts creeping up or things stall. One friend of mine quit his glp1 a few months back and still doesn't want alcohol at all. He also doesn't seem to have put much weight back on.

Nice work! Right now I'm parked at the first goal I set for myself too...though I'm probably pushing for another 10-15 pounds. Given how well these tools are working and the momentum I've built, stretching the journey a bit further doesn't seem like a bad move to me!

Give it a shot!! And take pleasure in it, savor every step of the journey!

Nice work, seriously.

One thing I want to warn you about, coming from someone who used to be heavy: the mental side of a bulk is rough. Once putting on weight becomes the objective, it's really simple to let things slide. It starts with a plan of only a 200-500 cal surplus, and before you know it you're hitting the drive through at night haha. My previous bulk added far more fat than it should have, and this time around, if I end up relying on more GLP, I won't be scared of that.

Appreciate the support!

So, I deliberately brought on a fairly well-known bodybuilding coach—despite being only a lifestyle athlete—to help me navigate all of it: hormones, training, and nutrition, so I don't screw up the rebound phase.

Mainly because this is my first time bulking, haha

Ultimately, it'll be largely a mental challenge, but after dropping 65 kg, shedding 10 kg following a winter of bulking is easy 🙂

Getting a coach was smart. The biggest benefit is probably that they keep you from getting ahead of yourself. Somewhere in the middle or later part of a bulk, you'll probably notice you look and feel somewhat soft, and you'll really want to start cutting. Lol. That's how it goes for me, anyway. But I had to tell myself to stick with it.

Absolutely, that turned out to be a smart move. It's easy to stop noticing how far you've come.

I'm eager to find out what the rest of this journey looks like

I just have to share this.

This morning, during my daily weigh-in, I reached the “target weight” I’d set for myself and officially broke the 70-kg mark—down from my original 135 kg.

I’m in my mid-30s, have been doing strength training regularly for a few years, and have also been using peptides and PEDs for a few months now. Looking quite Lean and muscular, but my brain still sees me as a fatty.

Seeing that number on the scale is a bit surreal, and I’m actually a little nervous about starting my “first bulking phase.”

Luckily, I have a great coach by my side who’s supporting me on this journey.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds, and no matter how hopeless or frustrating your weight-loss journey may seem at times…

YOU WILL MAKE IT!

That's genuinely fantastic — well done!!

For 2 months I took 250 mg each week, and from then on it's been 350. My labs come back excellent; every 2–3 months they get a full check, with my full-time coach overseeing and assessing them.

Sure, it costs a fair bit, but when it comes to PEDs I'm glad to spend on the know-how and the professional guidance.
Really glad to read this! I have a blood test coming up on Saturday, and I'm also in my mid 30s. Should it come back low, I'll be getting on the test as well.

My starting weight was 248lb and I'm now at 184 (my original goal was 190). I'm in the gym 5 days a week and there's still fat left to lose. The lower pouch and a bit of love handles — as usual, those are the last to go!
