Sema Vendors That Provide CoA?

A friend reached out to me because she wants to switch from compounded to grey. Her peptide is Sema.

So far I've been browsing the Vendor section, the various TGs, and the Vendor promo area on STG TG, trying to find a Sema source with a CoA as a jumping-off point. Unless there's at least a CoA supplied by the vendor, I don't feel okay helping her. I've already told her that she'll need to get it tested herself.

Nothing is working. Would anyone be willing to tell me which Sema vendor they use? Asking feels awkward. I can't locate what she needs through search.

If you want a CoA, Nexaph is the one to check — he consistently includes them. His prices run a bit above the China-based sellers found here, but since he ships from the US, there's no customs risk. A solid option for kits when you're just getting started.
 
J5's rates:

$110 gets you 2 sema 10 mg kits, shipping included (that's the combined price for both). Independent testing showed 11.93 mg.

Each tested mg works out to $0.46.

Who might J5 be?
 
They started out as a GB group, but these days they operate simply as a group tied to 1 domestic vendor. Entry is by invitation only.

For certain items — sema, ARA-290, survo, KPV, and so on — J5's pricing works out well. That said, when it comes to reta and tirz, other groups such as PWGrove now beat them on price, at least whenever those items are in stock.

Even so, I remain a fan of J5, because when it comes to making sure the order you placed is the order you receive — regardless of whatever occurs between point A and point B — they are extremely dependable. With other group-based domestic vendors (the GBs on TG, for instance), the attitude is more like "you need to buy insurance, and file a claim if something happens" — and given what these contents actually are, that is not a route I would take.

That's really kind of you. 😊 She's looking for help arranging something that will last her a good while, so single vials are off the table.

For S10, HPT is putting forward a 2024 CoA as evidence of testing. There's no CoA for any of their other Sema. Did you get the kit you bought tested?

No, I didn't. My approach was to look for people who'd already purchased from them and were satisfied, as a way to check them out. It's been a couple of weeks now that I've been using it. Like with most stuff here, I was okay with taking the chance. I'll reach out to the agent I dealt with about testing results and see how that goes.
 
I can't in good conscience hand over something that might hurt somebody. So I'm getting the product tested myself. In all likelihood I'll go through Finnrisk — the folks who game test results for profit — because of what it costs. And unless you're volunteering to cover the m/p testing bill, please hold off on criticizing which lab I pick.
 
Uther just released their newest February test results. All of it appears to have passed with excellent marks. Their prices may run somewhat higher than what other vendors charge, though they have been in the game for quite some time.

I'm part of a group buy/vendor group offering 10mg sema, Jano tested, located in the US. I'll send you a message.

I keep believing I wrote one thing, then later I look and it reads differently. 🤣🤣🤣 For a second I figured I was losing my mind. Don't give a girl a fright!
 
Typically, I send whatever I purchase out for independent testing to verify quality through a Certificate of Analysis (COA); I will only use products that pass. Up to now, I’ve stuck with one supplier.

Next week I'm going to send a sema sample out to be tested. Once I have the results, I'll share them in the testing thread.

For my testing, I go through bt labs. Their prices are lower than what most others charge. Paying $500+ for janoshik just doesn't make sense to me.
 
Finding Sema at all has become more and more of a challenge lately — my guess is that the majority of people have switched over to Tirz or Reta. What bugs me is that I haven't come across it in a single GB, and no vendor has been putting together test groups for it either, which means that once you factor in testing, it ends up costing quite a bit more than Tirz or Reta. I'm in a similar spot with a friend who is only interested in Sema, since that's what they're on right now, and after months of looking I've had very little success tracking down sema that has 3P testing behind it.

Over the past year, nearly every seller I've come across has had Sema on offer. It has also shown up in a handful of buying groups during the last few months.
