Hey everyone,

Total beginner writing from the UK. I've been using wegovy for over 1.5 years and dropped close to 100 lbs. Around the 1 year mark, side effects began ramping up, and 5 months ago they hit a peak — I spent my birthday curled up in bed dealing with nasuea and gi problems. I quit the injection. Then, after 3 months of seeing the scale climb by 8lbs, I got fed up and switched to the wegovy pill. The hunger is gone, but my weight has plateaued instead of dropping. I stumbled onto Reta, looked into it, and it feels like the sensible next move to get my loss going again. I still have another 100lbs to shed (I was a very big guy before I started).

Lately I've been checking out grey market sources and trying to keep up with YouTube doctors and instagram folks. Honestly, I'm completely lost. I have no idea about buying, what to search for, what else I'd need to go with it, what to look for in a seller, or how to avoid getting scammed. I've read some horror stories — people receiving steroids instead of reta, products contaminated with bacteria and toxins ...etc ..etc. So I've been pretty anxious about handing over a good chunk of my pay check only to end up sick from something dodgy.

Like I said, I'm a noob, but I'm ready to learn. After finally chatting with someone chill on reddit, they passed me the link to join here and learn from. It's amazing — so many people openly discuss taking peptides from the grey market, yet none will talk to you about actually getting it. Like who to go to, what to expect, how things are shipped and should be stored, how to mix it ...etc. I don't even know if you take reta like wegovy — pin in the arms, legs, belly. I've seen some people say they pin their butt, but I don't know.

Anyway, enough rambling from me. I'm just happy I found a place where looking around seems like a spot I can learn a lot from others on my journey

Glad to have you! This site holds plenty of information to pick up. Definitely spend some time looking into what suits you best, and asking others truly makes a difference! Wishing you clarity as you continue.

Hey! best of luck with your new journey.

Regarding your question, browsing the forum will cover most of what you're wondering about. For my part, I rotate injection spots across different areas of my stomach, and I rely on a phone app called Shotsy to track my next pin location along with other details. It costs money, but in my view it's worth the price.

When you reconsistute reta, use 1ml of water for every 10mg (for instance, 2 ml or 200 units for a 20 mg vial), which leaves you with a simple 0,1mg per unit on your insulin syringe at pin time.

Liofilized powder is fine at room temp, though plenty of people store it in the freezer as a precaution when they hold a large stock.

After reconsituting, store it in the fridge. The common advice is to keep it up to 28 days reconsituted in the fridge, but on my earlier doses I went longer without any problem, even using pharmacy grade sterile water (which I trust a bit more than chinese BAC water, which is water containing some benzyl alcohol to stop bacteria from growing).

If your vial has to stay in the fridge for a long stretch, be extra carefull and dissinfect every surface each time you pin your vial to cut down the chance of contaminating it.

Another tip that tripped me up early on and that I didn't see many people mention: before drawing a given amount from your reconstituted vial, inject the same amount of air into the vial right beforehand, since the vacuum can otherwise make it a little bit hard.

I can't discuss sources, but if you join any vendors telegram group, discord or external community, never trust people who DM you first to offer you something, they are guaranteed to be impersonators looking to scam you.

Just 1 post in and I've already picked up more than I managed to after weeks on youtube lol

Welcome aboard. Starting out can definitely feel like a lot, but if you keep your eyes on the single result you're after, things get a bit easier to handle. With so many compounds and experiments floating around, trying to grasp everything at once will absolutely overwhelm you.

At the end of the day, don't stress about nailing everything. Take my first vial, for instance — I messed up the reconstitution and figured it was a total disaster, yet it barely mattered in the end. It's all about trial and error and picking up small lessons along the way. Just ask questions and accept that you're going to slip up sometimes on this journey, and that's fine so long as you're learning.

I signed up only a few days back and had that same probation feeling — from what I picked up, anything source related is off limits for talking about, discussing, or asking guidance on. But after I followed the advice everyone gives and simply browsed through the forum, what you're after turns up pretty easily. Also watch the latest posts and trending topics over on the right hand side; helpful threads sometimes just appear out of nowhere. Good Luck with it all

Glad to have you! I just arrived myself, and I totally get how overwhelming everything can feel with so much info floating around. Compared to other spots, this community comes across as way more welcoming and willing to share. Amazing work on what you've achieved up to now — best of luck going forward!

Glad you're here, and those are some seriously great results on your weight loss path. A lot of us are in that same spot, trying to get educated on Reta and similar things. I just joined as well, but there's no better spot for picking things up!
